Loan-A-Trap Initiative

Want to try catch that elusive unneutered cat? Trap a cat for a non-urgent medical attention? Or are you in the area and need an extra trap? Take a loan trap from us for a maximum of 7 days!

We do not collect rental nor gain anything from this initiative. The trap is essentially FREE to use, on the condition that you look after it well. Please do not place heavy items on the trap cage. Use it with care so that it can be passed on to the next user in need. 

The deposit will be forfeited to cover the cost of a new trap only if:   

1) the trap is left neglected outdoors and later discovered missing 

2) there are significant dents, damages and/or breakage that were not present at time of loan*

3) loss of any cage parts, as illustrated

* Rust & normal signs of use excluded

** Deposit waived for experienced rescuers

Our traps are not sourced from Taobao. We procured the traps from other suppliers at a higher cost.

Please schedule the return of the cage and engage a professional trapper if cat is not caught by Day 7.

An area in Bedok North, Bedok South or Chai Chee will be confirmed (depending on availability of the individuals holding the traps). You may also arrange your own transport for collection. Cage will be folded and boxed up for transportation.

If you are a first-time user, please meet up so that we could guide you on the safe usage of the trap. 

Borrowers will be vetted. Traps entrusted to you are for rescue & neuter purposes only. They are not to be used for any malicious intent.
